Shipping

Shipping Cost

The shipping cost will be calculated after inquiry, depending on the size and weight of the items in your order and the shipping destination. Upon entering your shipping address, you will be prompted to move to the shipping window where your checkout total will update with the appropriate shipping rate.

Shipping Timeframe

The estimated delivery timeframe for each order is determined based on the specified delivery address. Once the shipping destination is provided, an estimated delivery period will be communicated to the customer.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are approximate and subject to change based on factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. The company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Where We Ship

Inox Systeme ships worldwide to most countries. If you cannot check out due to shipping limitations, please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to arrange shipping.

Our orders ship from our warehouse in Slovakia.

Inox Systeme reserves the right to select the shipment method that best transports the package. This can occasionally result in longer shipment times, in which case you will be notified.

Inox Systeme reserves the right to fully refund and cancel free shipping orders in the case of costs incurred outside average shipping values.

Delivery

Delivery Timeframe Terms

All our products are made to order unless we have stock available. The estimated production and delivery time for each product is specified on the product page on our website.

If the product is in stock, we will notify the customer via email about the possibility of earlier delivery.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as production schedules, shipping logistics, and unforeseen delays. For any inquiries regarding delivery times, please contact our customer support team.

Delivery Terms

Once the order has been placed, Inox Systeme will send you an order confirmation, followed by a tracking email once the package has been sent.

We cannot reroute packages or change the contents of your orders once they have been shipped, so please ensure your shipping details, personal information, and selected items are accurate at the time of checkout.

Home delivery is curbside and must be collected at the front door of your building/home.

If you order to a Slovakian address and your package is under 10kg, it will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop. If you'd like to specifically request home delivery, please contact hello@inoxsysteme.com

Exchanges & Returns

During the 30 days following the delivery of your order, you may request a refund for regular-priced items. For items purchased with a promotional voucher or at a discount, you have 14 days to request a refund. All items that are custom, bespoke, or made upon request are a final sale.
